The Zone may collect additional information that you provide to The Zone voluntarily through the Platform or when you otherwise engage or interact with us in person or electronically, such as household income range, personal interests, and any of your product or service preferences (“Other Information”). 

Information collected automatically. We automatically receive and collect information such as your IP address, the URLs of websites you arrive at The Zone from or leave The Zone to go to, your type of browser and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us, your operating system, your mobile provider, your mobile device, and your ISP. We may use such information to better understand how The Zone visitors use the Site and the Platform, to analyze trends, administer the website, prevent fraud, and gather broad demographic information.

  • Certain of The Zone’s program participants under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. 

  • Our affiliates and promotional partners, so they can offer you special products, services, discounts, tickets, and other items or services. Likewise, we may receive information from such affiliates and promotional partners to offer our Users special items or services. 

  • We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. 

  • We may sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We are not responsible for any information we do not collect. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your Personal Information or Other Information to others. 

Note that instructors are third parties and not employees of The Zone, and as such, The Zone is not in control of any information that you voluntarily provide to Instructors, and any such provision of information to Instructors will be governed by any agreements entered into by you with such Instructor. 

Children
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. For that reason, The Zone does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 1e has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. 

How do we store your data?
The Zone securely stores your data at our Amsterdam offices. The Zone will keep your data for as long as you are subscribed. Once you unsubscribe from The Zone, we will delete your data. 

Marketing
If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us or participate in our ad-customization programs, simply indicate your preference or by following the directions provided with the communication or advertisement.

What are your data protection rights?

The Zone would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
